Football registration $320
K-6th Cheer registration fee $300
*Late fee may apply if registration is paid after uniforms have been ordered

Registration is done online only and for football jersey number assignments are on a first come, first served basis. Each player will be allowed to list their first, second and third choice number during the registration process.  Numbers will be awarded by first, second or third choice based on availability when the player registered. 

Jersey numbers and rosters will be sent out after registration closes.

Registration will be closed once each team is at capacity, so it is important to register early.  Most teams will be up within the first 3 months of registration.

The Clovis Sharks is a non profit, volunteer organization that is funded solely by registered participants, donations and fundraisers. The Board of Directors and coaches work on volunteer basis and are not provided any compensation for their participation in the program and they pay full registration fees just like you. Throughout the year it costs about about $40,000 to $50,000 to keep the program running!

Registration is the primary source of funding followed by fundraisers and donations which pay for the following:

• Personalized jerseys and pants (players get to keep)
• Upkeep and purchase of new equipment, safety and uniform items
• Required league insurance
• Clovis Unified practice fields which include janitor fees to allow access to restrooms during practice...yes that costs money and is required by Clovis Unified
• Fees for home game facility and janitorial use (required by Clovis Unified)
• Payment for referees and sports trainers for each home game
• Coaching background checks and ID cards 
• Website & online registration

• End-of-year banquet 

We are continuously looking for ways to save money by getting the best quotes we can for the items we purchase and/or asking for donations or discounts. If you or someone you know might be interested in offering monetary or in-kind donations to help offset some of these costs please reach out to one of our board members.

As a general rule, Clovis Sharks, Inc. does not allow refunds. This includes; registration, donations and any other payments made throughout the season. However, an exception can be made for a refund prior to the start of the practice season and as long as uniform order has not been placed. In this case the refund would be credited back to the card that was used at the time of registration.

At the time of registration, participants will be offered the opportunity to purchase Regsaver Registration Insurance.  This is a 3rd party insurance vendor and Clovis Sharks, Inc is not affiliated with Regsaver and any claim for a refund through this insurance policy shall be made directly through Regsaver.
